Yes, we do have minimum order requirements in order to receive broker pricing. If you need fewer than the minimum required, you can order smaller quantities at retail prices from Amazon or Brite & Clean.
Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your microfiber and we’re very expectant that you will be. However, if for some reason you aren’t, or even if you made a mistake when ordering, we want to make returning or exchanging your unused microfiber as easy as possible. You have a 30 day window from when the order ships for a cash refund, after 30 days the refund comes in the form of store credit from MircrofiberBroker™.
